Meet Your Coaches

Coach Chantelle
Coach Chantelle is the Owner and Head Coach of CC All Star Cheerleaders and Storm Elite Competitive Cheerleading & Dance. Chantelle started gymnastics at the age of 8 and competed up until she was 16 years old. In 2014, whilst studying for her Musical Theatre Degree at university, she started cheerleading with Essex Flames and has since competed with and coached multiple teams; in this time Chantelle has also competed with Storm Elite and Oblivion All Stars (Level 4 and R5). In 2015 Chantelle also gained her first cheerleading coaches qualification and is now qualified in Levels 1-6. As well as being a competitive cheerleader, Chantelle also competed nationally in dance with Essex Flames where her team became 2x National Champions in Jazz/Lyrical! Whilst competing with Storm's Senior Lyrical team, she has gained multiple Grand Champion titles as well as finishing the 23-24 season undefeated. Chantelle will also be apart of the first ever Storm team to attend the Allstar World Championships in Orlando, Florida.
Coaches CC All Stars & Storm Elite

Coach Becca
Becca first started cheerleading with HRC All Stars in 2011 and has since stayed with us, now coaching our Colchester location. Becca was on Storm Elite for its first year of competing in 2015/16 and has since joined our Storm Elite competitive coaching team. Becca has also competed in levels 1&2 on the University of Essex’s team Essex Flames as a flyer. Becca is qualified in levels 1-3.

Coaches CC All Stars and Storm Elite

Coach Sarah
​
Coach Sarah was on Storm Elite in 2015/16 and has since been a member of Essex Flames Cheerleading Squad as a flyer. Sarah previously worked for HRC All Stars coaching school clubs and assisting with fetes, parade walks and other performance opportunities. Sarah holds a degree in Musical Theatre and a Professional Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Essex. In 2019 Sarah also gained her cheerleading coaches qualification in Levels 1&2. She is currently a Lecturer in Dance at Colchester Institute whilst also teaching for Colchester School of Dance and Theatricool Performing Arts. Sarah also coaches the Essex Flames Lyrical Dance Team who placed 1st overall at ICC University Nationals in 2019 making them National Champions!
Coaches Storm Elite

Coach Lithasa

Coach Lithasa first joined Storm in 2020 and was on Tornado for 4 seasons. She went onto fly in level 2 stunt group Whirlwind who had an undefeated season in 2024! In 2023 Lithasa started coaching Storms Senior level 1 team Surge & Storms Youth stunt group rain. Surge went onto achieve the highest score in Storms 23-24 season & Rain won multiple regional competitions. Whilst competing & coaching with Storm Lithasa also coached and competed levels 1-3 with her university team, KCL Lions, leading them to win multiple national championships and 2x BCA nations cup in 2023! This season, Lithasa is currently an athlete on Unity Allstars Smoke in the Open Level 4 Division & is coaching Vortex, Storms Open Level 1 team.
